Charities, in numbers.
England and Wales have more than 170,000 registered charities, and most of them now use AI in some form.
The rules shaping your software.

What we build for charities and not-for-profits.

What we will not claim.
We cannot make a donation form HMRC approved or a charity ICO compliant, and the new soft opt-in does not let you email your whole existing database. Trustees stay responsible. We build giving, data and marketing systems that follow the rules and record why each supporter can be contacted.

Where to start.
Frequently asked questions.
Can we email all our past supporters under the new soft opt-in?
Not all of them. The charitable purpose soft opt-in covers contact details collected directly by your charity from 5 February 2026, where an opt-out was offered at the time and in every message. Older contacts still need consent. We set your CRM up to tell the two apart.
Can you build online Gift Aid declarations?
Yes. We build declarations that capture the donor's full name and home address, explain the tax position in plain words, store a time-stamped record and export the data your Gift Aid claims need. HMRC's model wording is the safest starting point.
How should a charity use AI safely?
Start with a short AI policy your trustees have agreed, then use AI for low-risk, high-volume work such as drafting reports or answering common supporter questions, with a person checking the output. Keep beneficiary data out of public AI tools.
Do you work with small charities?
Yes. Many of the most useful changes are small: a faster donation page, a cleaner supporter database or one automated report. You get a fixed quote in pounds before any work starts, so you know the cost before you commit.
