AI automation for UK businesses that gives your team its hours back.
Every business has work a machine should be doing: retyping data between systems, drafting the same replies, chasing the same approvals, building the same month-end reports. AI automation takes that work off your team, reliably, with a person signing off the decisions that matter.

What is AI automation?
AI automation combines workflow tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier and Power Automate with AI steps that read, sort and draft, to do routine business tasks that used to need a person: processing documents, sorting enquiries, moving data between systems and preparing replies. The best versions keep a person in control of the decisions that matter.
Staff time costs more than it did: employer National Insurance rose to 15 per cent in April 2025 (HMRC), and the National Living Wage reached £12.71 an hour in April 2026 (GOV.UK). Yet fewer than a third of UK businesses use any AI at all (ONS, October 2026), and among firms with ten or more staff that do, only one in ten uses it extensively (ONS, July 2026). Most firms are still at the start, which is exactly where a well-chosen first automation pays off fastest.
What we automate.

How the work runs.
Safety checks as standard.
Every automation ships with an audit trail, permission limits, a fallback route and a clear way for a person to step in. Where a decision has a real effect on someone, such as a refund, a credit decision or a job application, a person makes the final call, in line with UK GDPR rules on automated decisions. Our Data Processing Addendum is ready before any work starts.
Often built alongside it.
Frequently asked questions.
How is an AI automation project priced?
With a fixed, itemised quote in pounds after the free automation audit. The audit puts a number on the hours each workflow would save, so you can weigh the cost against the return before you commit. The pilot is deliberately small, and you only scale what works.
Which tasks should we automate first?
High-volume, rule-heavy and measurable work. That is where the quickest return is, and those are the tests the audit uses to rank your tasks. The first pilot is usually something your team does every day and nobody enjoys, such as invoice matching or sorting incoming enquiries.
n8n, Make, Zapier or Power Automate: which should we use?
It depends on volume, budget and who will maintain it. Zapier is the quickest to start with, Make suits branching, multi-step logic, n8n can run on your own servers to keep data in-house, and Power Automate fits businesses already on Microsoft 365. We recommend one after the audit and build on all four.
Will AI automation replace our staff?
In our projects it replaces tasks, not people. Teams put the hours they get back into work that brings in revenue or looks after customers. We design each automation with the people who will use it, which is also why they keep using it afterwards.
Is our data safe with AI tools?
It is when the system is built properly. We design every automation under UK GDPR: the minimum data, clear access controls and AI providers whose contract terms rule out training on your data. Any transfer outside the UK uses a lawful safeguard, recorded in your Data Processing Addendum.
Do you work with the tools we already use?
Yes. We connect to the CRMs, help desks, accounting packages such as Xero, Sage and QuickBooks, spreadsheets and databases you already run, through their APIs or standard integration platforms. Your team keeps the tools it knows.
