Health tech has to clear the NHS paperwork. We build with it in mind from day one.
Selling software into the NHS means evidence: a completed DTAC, a DSPT submission, a clinical safety case and sometimes medical device rules. We build products, portals and AI tools so that evidence comes out of the work rather than being bolted on before a tender.

Healthcare and health tech, in numbers.
The UK's bioscience and health technology sector is large and dominated by medtech, and NHS buyers now expect suppliers to arrive with their assurance evidence ready.
The rules shaping your software.
The regulations and standards that change what your systems, website and data handling need to do, each with its date and a link to the source.

What we will not claim.
We do not certify anything. There is no such thing as a DTAC-certified product, and we are not an NHS-approved supplier. We do not sign off clinical safety, which is your Clinical Safety Officer's job. What we do is build software, and the evidence around it, so your assessments are easier to complete.

Where to start.
Frequently asked questions.
Can you help us complete our DTAC?
Yes. We build to the criteria from the start and produce the supporting evidence: accessibility testing, security testing, interoperability and data protection documentation. The NHS organisation buying your product reviews the completed DTAC, so no supplier can promise a pass, but good evidence makes the review far smoother.
Do we need a Clinical Safety Officer?
If you make health IT that falls under DCB0129, yes. Compliance has been mandatory since July 2025. The Clinical Safety Officer must be a registered clinician who signs off the safety case. We work alongside them, feeding the hazard log and running releases in a safety-aware way.
Is our AI tool a medical device?
It depends on its intended purpose. Software that diagnoses, prevents, monitors or treats a condition can be a medical device under MHRA rules, while admin and scheduling tools usually are not. We flag the question early in discovery, and you should confirm the position with a regulatory specialist.
Can you integrate NHS login?
Yes. We build the integration and prepare for the steps NHS England sets: an eligibility check, the partner integration board, conformance assessments and a clinical safety case. Approval to go live sits with NHS England, not with us.
